I’m a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, accredited by both the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy. I offer a confidential and supportive space for self-exploration and growth.
I currently work in private practice with adults and offer in-person, online or telephone counselling or psychotherapy in either English or Greek.
Welcome to my Practice
How I work
Whether you choose counselling or psychotherapy, I adopt a psychoanalytically informed, comprehensive, psychodynamic approach.
Rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms, we will explore the unconscious processes and early experiences that have shaped your current emotional and relational life. Instead of prescribing advice, I strive to help you discover your own answers.
A thought about neurodiversity
In recent years, I have worked with a number of adults who received a later diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, or another neurodivergent profile. For many, such recognition comes after years — sometimes decades — of effortful adaptation: learning to mask, to compensate, or to navigate environments that felt confusing or overwhelming without fully understanding why. Prolonged masking can have a significant impact on one’s sense of self, confidence, physical health, and relationships. It may contribute to burnout, anxiety, shame, or coping strategies that once ensured survival but no longer feel sustainable.
In therapy, we can think carefully about what it has meant to live in this way — about identity, difference, belonging, and the emotional consequences of late recognition. My approach remains psychodynamic in depth, while attentive to communication style, sensory experience, and the particular ways neurodivergence may shape inner and relational life.
What I help with
I have experience of working with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety and depression
Gender, Sexuality and Relationship diversity
Life transitions and cultural adjustments
Many people who have lived, worked or moved between cultures notice lasting impacts on identity, belonging and relational patterns. I have personal and professional experience with cross-cultural transition and can support clients in exploring these effects on self-confidence, communication and emotional wellbeing.
Workplace stress and burnout
Identity and self-esteem difficulties
Trauma, PTSD and unresolved emotional conflicts
Grief and loss
Neurodiversity, ADHD, Autism
This list is indicative rather than exhaustive, and I can accommodate complex or multiple concerns simultaneously.
Starting Therapy?
Beginning therapy can feel daunting, so I offer two ways to take the first step - each fully confidential and without any obligation to continue.
You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute video call. This brief conversation will allow you to outline what has brought you to therapy and allow us both to get a sense of whether working together feels right.
Alternatively, you can choose a full initial consultation of 50–60 minutes.
